Last night I ordered a bouquet to be delivered to my pregnant niece. This morning she sent me a pic of the bouquet. I asked for $80.00 worth of flowers and expected something much more than 1 hydrangea, 4 sunflowers, and 3 red roses. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. I feel like I was totally ripped off and am upset but of course there is nothing I can do. Just leaving this review so others will not have to be mistreated like this. (FYI I offered $80.00 for the bouquet and was paying additional for the taxes and delivery fee. Also spent 10 minutes having to painfully spell out the card, and in the end it wasn't even correct).

The man running the store was so great! I was however a bit disappointed with the arrangements that were delivered for the money I expected alot more but I didn't complain. When you're going through a death in the family it really seemed like the least of my worries but I was sad that I didn't get what I was anticipating so maybe ask for a sample photo of your order

Horrible experience. I placed a valentines order two days before valentines. Paid $7 delivery fee which made complete order $93 out the door. I explained delivery must take place by 3pm on valentines, when my girlfriend gets off work. By 3:30, she had not received her order and she drove to Marie's to pick up her own flowers. She was given the $7 refund once the employees dug around in their pockets to come up with $7. - I guess no one at Marie's ever heard of a cash register. Unbelievable. I can hardly believe these amateurs are still in business. My first and last trip there. Pathetic.
