I have shopped at this location for years--mainly because it is the closest grocery other than Aldi or Walmart. This is a smaller store with the limitations that brings along with somewhat easier to find things. (It would be even easier if Kroger would adopt the store directory signage their King Soopers stores use in Colorado!). The staff is polite and knowledgeable in the produce and meat departments. Produce and meat products are maintained at a high level. The inside appearance is quite dated compared to newer store designs and this store is begging for a makeover. But don't close it for that reason. Thanks to the staff for their efforts !

A pharmacy is not a fast food restaurant, orders are processed as safely and as fast as possible. Every day you have refills and new prescriptions coming in, and my experience is that many all hit towards the end or first of the month. These guys are great. Realize your safety is more important that an hour of your time. Most new prescriptions or refills are guaranteed by the next day, these guys get them to you in less than a couple hours usually. Again great job to you guys for all the hard and thankless work that you do.

I used to love this pharmacy. It's pathetic now. The staff is rude and the wait time is the most ridiculous I have ever seen for a pharmacy. They told me a 10 to 15 minute wait time and it took almost an hour. I actually had to go in the store because the girl sent me back my prescription instead of sending me the item of the prescription. It was a pack of freaking toothpaste. For an appointment that was actually waiting for me to get this prescription because they had called and faxed the pharmacy with no reply. So the only way I could get this was to go pick it up while they held my appt time. I ended up at a new pharmacy with better wait time, customer service, and cheaper pricing. Will not use this pharmacy again!!!!

I have been using this pharmacy for 6 years. Until recently I almost never had a problem with getting my prescriptions filled in a timely manner and the entire staff was always friendly and helpful. Now it seems there have been some employee turnover and most of the new employees are lacking in customer satisfaction. They have gotten much slower with very long lines, not friendly to the point of being hateful at times. I understand the pandemic has affected everyone but a little kindness goes a long way.

Kroger pharmacy has a drive through lane located outside main building in their parking lot. It operates via a two-way video/audio screen. A physical phone is also available for communication privacy if you prefer. It has a tube chute to send payment or drop-off prescription(s) / receive prescription(s).

Went to the pharmacy after an 18 shift nursing shift, encountered this extremely rude unprofessional pharmacy tech with her 8 week online certificate. I needed to transfer my meds from another pharmacy, she became rude when I asked about what I needed to do. I didn't have the information for the other pharmacy but I could have looked it on my phone if needed. The pharmacy tech raised her voiced "I can't transfer your prescriptions if you don't know the phone number. " At the point I said I would just find another pharmacy. This is the way Kroger treats nurses and a veteran. I work at a private prison I would be fired for treating inmates this way. But at Kroger it's called customer service.

Went into Kroger on Barnes crossing rd today to have prescription filled. Came into contact with a technician named Kelly? Unknown last name. This person was very rude to both myself and my wife. She was very unprofessional raising her voice and making both of us feel as if we should never have come to this establishment. We asked to speak with someone else who couldn't have cared less about our problems and actually defended her behavior, when we spoke with the pharmacist about her he also tried to use civil as an excuse explained to this person that this is no excuse for poor customer service. We both left the store feeling as if we should never return and also that no one even cared about our complaint.

Terrible produce. Rotten by time you get home. Poor selections. Everything fresh expires in day or two. The delivery service aweful. Had a driver substitute my steaks with blackberries. Also cancel items ordered that should not be a problem...water, milk, tortilla chips. Ridiculous. Delivered my guacamole but no chips. What??? Go anywhere else
