My experience was several years ago, I’m sure they remember me! I gotta say they have patience. I bought a bed, couldn’t sleep on it. They let me return bed, ok so I get bed #2, could not sleep on that either, would you believe they let me return bed #2 I’m pretty sure it was the 3rd bed I purchased finally made me happy! They stood by their word. Now I’m needing bed for daughter….she won’t be as picky, still young! Definitely recommend those lovely ladies.
