Our dog's leg was broken and treated by a vet on an emergency call. The original vet put a splint on which stayed on for 3 weeks. The splint put on by Animal Care Center fell off after 2 days! They wanted to charge me to replace the splint which they did not put on well enough! The work done by the emergency vet can last 3 weeks, but the work done at Animal Care Center can't even last 3 days! They should be able to stand by their work by fixing it. Instead they want more money. If they had done a proper job, there wouldn't be a need for another visit, so WHY should I have to pay again. Do a quality job the first time or fix it for the original payment! Find a place with better quality and better customer service?!

Animal Care Center is wonderful with dogs. The care taken during pandemic time makes appointments and boarding so quick and easy. All the staff are knowledgeable and they love our pets!! A-1

Love the place, they treat Gidget as if she was theirs. Great caring vets.

Animal Care Center is amazing especially Dr. Miller! She has always fit us into her schedule, while being a mom and a military wife. She is always helpful, comforting, and provides all of the options. When we recently received kinda scary news with our pet, I called up there and she immediately talked to me. I don’t trust anyone else with my babies like I do Dr. Miller and her wonderful staff!

The communication between doctors and clients is awful. Her excuse was "we have 6 other patients we are tending to". This is not a reasonable excuse. Doctors don't talk about all the other patients in the ward when tending to you at a hospital and I don't expect it to be different at a vet clinic. I had to call to receive a check up status on my dog who was staying in the ER then was told I was called but never answered which was a lie. I explained that I wanted a second opinion and the doctor seemed displeased with this decision because it was critical for him to undergo surgery, which I found out from the second opinion that it wasn't. When I picked him up, the vet tech handed him to me in a towel and said nothing. No update, not a word. This was beyond aggravating seeing as we made a decision that went against her judgement and because we did so, she failed to inform us of his health up until the point of us picking him up. She dumped him into our arms and walked away. I will never go here or recommend this place to anyone in need for help. They lack compassion for both the owner and animal in care and they have zero communication skills. If I could give them zero stars, I would!

I would not recommend this place to anyone. My dog went in for bite wounds from another dog. They did not clean his wounds. They wanted to put him under for a surgery that was not needed. I am highly upset bc they even recommended putting him down. The customer service is absolutely horrible I wouldn't recommend this place for anything.

Boarded our dogs over the Thanksgiving Holiday (Wednesday thru Sunday). When we picked the dogs up, our oldest dog had a 2-1/2" long "scrape" on the top of her snout. They did not mention the injury when she was discharged, just gave her to us out the back door. I took her back the next day to ask about the injury. While the Dr. and Kennel Mgr. were nice, they tried to explain that our dog must have rubbed her nose on the galvanized chain link gates. The Kennel Mgr. said she noticed a spot on her nose that Friday. So, why didn't they move her to a cage that had smooth bars. The Dr. said the chain link cages were smooth. I asked to see the caging. Upon examination, the caging is rough to the touch, the chain link attachments are sharp along the edges. I would NOT recommend boarding your dog here. The veterinarian care is fine, but boarding could be hazardous to your dogs well being.
