This was a most aggravating experience. Do not go if you in fact wish to purchase fabric. There was one person cutting fabric, who not only was slower than molasses but was very interested in chit chatting with the customer she was helping and giving advice on a variety of subjects. Based on the conversation it was clear that they were also friends. After waiting 45 minutes I went and asked if there was ANYONE else available to help at the cutting counter. The response was that the store has cut hours and personnel down so there were only two employees- one for the cutting counter and one for the front.Absolutely asinine- how are employees to take breaks and how are customers supposed to purchase items? Given that there were three more numbers in front and that the cutting counter lady was STILL cutting yards and just happened to say- you’re gonna want a few yards of the green too, let me go get it for you, we left without getting any fabric. Very distasteful experience. Make the drive elsewhere.

This store is not a really big store but, so far it has had everything I've needed. The coupons and sales I LOVE!!!! Sometimes better deals than Walmart now, that's shocking!! Very clean and very friendly and helpful staff!!

Great service. A young black lady with cool hair tried to help me find what I was looking for. When she couldn't, she enlisted a young white guy to help out. They were both nice and truly helpful.

Joann's always has great stuff. This one looked like they were in mid-inventory, so stuff was pretty jumbled up. Still a fun shopping experience. People were nice as always.
