Had a very bad experience with Ryan. I called him and ask if he could look at 1999 porsch, I explained to him that the car wasn’t starting at all and that the steering wheel was locked up. He told me to bring it in. I had to pay a tow truck to haul it to this shop, when I got there Ryan had a bad attitude from the beginning just kept on nodding his head while I was describing the whole issue with the car. And just to end up telling me that he really didn’t feel like working on my car!! He kept repeating that he was too tall and that will be a pain in his a## to work on my car because it’s such a low profile car. So why didn’t he think about that before telling me to take it in there??? I had to have my car towed back to my house. I wasted over $200 for the towing just because Ryan didn’t feel like working on this car.

Used this place several times. They do good work and have been timely in my experience. They seem to be honest and I've never felt like they tried to take advantage and do unnecessary repairs.

Had a torque convertor replaced on a 2015 Toyota Camry, these guys got the job done and done correctly. Amazing service and great pricing! I 100% recommend them before ever going to stealership!!Service: Transmission

We are from Florida visiting family and needed new front brakes when we got to town. Drop off was easy, and the process wasn’t complicated at all. Our truck was finished in a timely manner and the price was affordable. I’m glad to know I can have my car serviced when I’m out of town visiting family.

This is a great place for BMW and other foreign car repair. Ryan is a walking encyclopedia of parts and potential fixes for your vehicle. You can almost describe your car symptom and he automatically knows. If he doesn’t know at first, he will investigate to find a solution. Very reasonable pricing for repairs. Straight shooter. His process is very logical and seeks to repair and also prevent future problems. Import Autowerks is a great asset to the NE Mississippi area.

Another mechanic tried to sell me on a 900 dollar fix for my BMW. Took it to Ryan and had it fixed in one day for 150 dollars. He is a straight shooter. Very knowledgeable. Will be taking all my foreign cars to him in the future.

I've used this shop for repairs on both my Audi and my Toyota. They're great to work with and provide reasonably priced, quick service. Whether an oil change, brakes, transmission replacement, I recommend them. Honest, polite, reliable, and fair... exactly what one needs in a mechanic.
