Many thanks to Mr. Tony!!!! He was able to get us in a great SUV. There was a hiccup on there end and was very honest about it. He told us it wasn’t us and explained the situation. He should showed another SUV and OMG!!! I’M SO HAPPY WITH IT! Yes, it was a year old but we didn’t mind because it had about 30,000-34,000 miles LESS than the one we were looking at. THANK YOU MR. TONY for being honest about the situation and also keeping in mind what we were looking for. We will return to this location. Hopefully to see Mr. Tony again.

The first day that we arrived it took about 10 mins for anyone to come help. This dealership has a small selection for NEW Hondas. Although the salesman was helpful at first, yesterday we arrived letting him know we were on the way. We got there and had to wait about 10 minutes for him. He said he’ll be right back then when he did come back he didn’t say a word to us and helped a family that came in after us. We would’ve purchased a car here had he told us to give him a few minutes that he was helping someone else. We ended up walking out getting a brand new 2024 Hyuandi Sonata N-Line at Barnes Crossing Hyuandi dealership. A plus is that Michael wasn’t pushy and stayed communicating until we went to go purchase the car yesterday.

Took my civic in for recall on steering,they said it was fine,still had issues,had 2 alignments done still issues with it,they kept telling me everything was fine,took it to another dealership and they said it was my gear box in the steering ?? they said it should have been caught when I carried it for the recall,will not be carrying my car back this place ??
