Highly recommend Flat Rate Moving!!! The owner quickly returned my calls and text. The owner also came to my house quickly to assess my property. He took pictures. were professional, efficient, respectful, polite & honest during the whole process. They did not damage anything in the houses. Nothing was broken or damaged. Even my little squirrel made it in one piece. Everything was placed where I asked them to put it. They moved a lawnmower. All my furniture was wrapped in moving blankets or saran wrap. Highly recommend them. I could not say it it enough call these people if you’re moving.

Justin and his team are top notch. They made our move 100% stress free and even picked up new furniture, delivered, and placed in our new home. They were very professional and treated our furniture like it was theirs. Would 1000% recommend them to anyone.

There were so many things broken. Boxes that were stacked under heavy furniture, crushed.
Some were sturdy Rubbermaid boxes. Just crushed.
Justin’s response…was the boxes weren’t filled enough.
Even asking them NOT to move boxes…just furniture. It was our fault bad judgement was used and they stacked boxes on the bottom. I’ve moved 17 times and used two moving companies and have never had broken items.

Worst company I have ever used to move. They broke 2 TVs owner said everything would be handled he will no longer answer calls or text. His works also got in a yelling match in my house and threaten to fight each out. I have waited 3 months to post this because I had faith the owner would make the situation right. I even gave a large tip to his team and him thinking it would help with the TV issue wow was I wrong. I would never recommend this company to anyone. If you do use them understand when they break your stuff they will not replace it.

If you need "Top Notch" movers then look no further. They were mindful of our items and my family at all times. They were fast, efficient, punctual, polite, courteous and priced competitively. Justin & the guys did everything I asked of them and some. They also used floor runners to protect the floors in our home and wrapped and padded all fragile and delicate items. They put every box and item where I had labeled and where I asked. All the guys worked extremely hard and were very nice and a real pleasure to deal with from start to finish. They made the moving process so much easier and headache free for my family. I would highly recommend Flat Rate Moving to anyone moving near or far and will personally use their services again for any moving needs that may come up in the future. Could not have asked for a better moving company. They were all very nice and professional. Got our stuff moved in a short amount of time for a very reasonable price. Cannot recommend them enough. For any moving needs, call them!
