Only reason I'm even giving two stars is because the employees were friendly.I bought a headset a week ago and the left side was not working, took it back, was willing to take store credit and use more money for a different headset, was told because it was opened that they could only defect it out and give me a few dollars...How the hell are you going to test something without opening it lmfao absolutely wild.
