The staff was very nice. Genie cut my hair and she did a great job. There were 6 people ahead of me but the wait was less than 15min.

My name was first on the board, numerous people were taken ahead of me and only a couple called in advance. I was appalled by the poor customer service. I went elsewhere and so should you.
