Great people but not great products. Had my son’s battery replaced. I had to take back twice because the battery randomly died. The service is the only reason I gave 3 stars. Just a hassle to have to go every year and have the battery replaced. Might cut my losses and goto AutoZone and buy a name brand battery.

They really take care of their customers, they don't try to rip the customers off. They go out of there way to help the customer, even if you don't buy a battery from them. They check to make sure you need a battery!!! Thank You !! to Franks Battery's

Was welcoming, even though I was coming very close to closing time. In & out very fast but efficiently! I love the warranty included deal! And my kiddos still get excited about their calendars the owner gave them.
