We came here 6/24 around 1:30-2:00 and the worker was so nice and personable. I was already nervous about coming in here because I wasn’t sure if my size would be available and while I was trying on some things she was super nice and made me feel comfortable. I forgot her name but she needs a raise!

Beautiful clothes! My daughters love to shop at Francesca's, and even though they have different tastes, they all find beautiful outfits there. The staff is friendly and helpful too.

I was looking at the clothing they had right outside of the store on sale when I looked up and noticed two of the employees pointing and staring at me as they whispered about me under their breath. I was astonished at their rude behavior. I felt INCREDIBLY uncomfortable. They certainly lost my business.
The date of this horrible experience was December 8th at about 7 or 8 pm. I hope the manager can address this situation and handle it accordingly.
