The customer service was HORRIBLE over the phone with a female stating that she was the manager! I simply called to ask about a product, and she was talking very unprofessional and trashy! She also refused to give her name. Therefore, we know that she is constantly being unprofessional and don't want to be identified! This is why I go to Dollar General! They need to close this location immediately!!!!!

Family Dollar has Dollar General beat in every aspect. The store was clean and stocked with way better selection than dollar general, the employee was courteous and items were priced as they were labeled.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Unbelievably terrible customer service. Cashier was outside taking videos of cars driving by for about 5 minutes while I stood at checkout waiting. Then complained about his food not being here while cussing as he checked me out. Any good reviews are LYING! Very appalling.

It’s kind of a ghetto family dollar in comparison to others I have been in, and like many other stores after Covid some of the shelves don’t have much on them. The clerks working seem to do a good job getting people on their way, so that’s legit.

Easy to find what you are looking for. Shelves àre always stocked. And for some reason Family Dollar has always been my favorite over Dillar General and Dollar Tree
