I was on the fence about what tire size to run on my Tacoma but Tim knew exactly what I wanted! Tim and his staff did an excellent job with the leveling kit, tire install and customer service was top notch! Highly recommend and will always recommend East Main Tire! Thanks again Tim!

I had East main tire put on some parts for me, on a Friday afternoon they called me said my truck was done when I got there paid for it got in my truck there were a bunch of lights on engine light cruise control not working abs lights on go back in there and they said all them all go off eventually. Went back Monday morning they got pissy about it but they fixed it and when they fixed it they fixed my air conditioning unit as well by cutting the wires to my low pressure switch. I believe East Main Tire vandalized my truck.

I saw the good reviews this business had and figured I'd stop by. I had a new set of wheels I wanted to get mounted and balanced on a '22 Mustang. Lady was polite and told me they don't do wheels

If I could give 0 stars I would ! My kids and I almost lost our lives after this shop "balanced" my tires and while on the road heading to Texas my whole tire flew off ! Car hit the ground my kids side and jammed the passenger door, horrible service how do u make a mistake like that??

We found ourselves in Mississippi with a flat tire on the RV today. We have a spare so we threw it on and my husband took the flat to East Main (recommendation from our neighbor Paul at the Lakelife RV Park near Tupelo, MS.) My husband said, " This was the single best experience I have ever had at ANY automotive service center in 40 years." After they helped us with our tire, he even got a free T-shirt! Highly recommend if you're ever in the area...
