Went in to East Main tire for a leaking tire. Valve stem, they repaired it and wouldn't let me pay. Got my business from now on!!!

If you have a Jeep Wrangler don't even bother looking anywhere else. For months I've been researching online and checking with the chain tire shops for the tallest set of tires I could put on my Jeep without a lift kit or spacers. The owner, Tim, knew exactly the sizes that would work and talked me through the options. He also helped me find the best tires that would fit within my budget and was able to install them the very next morning. They are properly balanced and the whole experience was smooth and quick. They are now my go-to shop for tires.

We were traveling in our RV from Missouri to South Carolina and had 2 blowouts. We called them at 3:30pm and they said if we can get there before 5:00pm they would take care of us. We got there at 4:20pm and they put 6 technicians on the job! We replaced all 6 RV tires and they had us out the door in 35 minutes. Unbelievable!!! And all this at a fair price, too. First off, I never write reviews. Today I had the most awful racist experience I've ever had with a business. It's feels like too much to go in to detail but just know that a black person's business is definitely
not appreciated there. When I brought it to the owners attention that he didn't appreciate black peoples business his response was "Thank God". One star is too good.

The whole experience with East Main Tire was excellent. Staff is friendly and Tim got my tires the day after I ordered them. My experience with getting truck tires balanced in the past has not been good. They mounted, balanced, and had me ready in about an hour...unbelievable.
