The girl with heavy eye makeup, running the cash register was very unwelcoming and rude . The guy working with her was very nice. I hope she she doesn’t always act like that because I love this store. 8/1

The store employees at the Tupelo, Mississippi store in the Barnes Crossing Mall are very rude about the Mask Requirement. Maybe this is your store policy, but you should talk to your employees about how they handle this. Also no other store in this mall is requiring masks while shopping. The city has lifted the mask mandate. Other stores recommend masks, but do not require. The two store employees on Friday, May 7th around noon were very unprofessional and rude. One at the front entrance very rude is stating "masks are required to enter", one at checkout "directing" me where to stand, when to move forward, stepping back from me when checking out- again "directing" me what to do and when to do it. I will not be back! This is ridiculous!

Entered the store. Met immediately by an agressive woman. She demanded I put on a mask. I said there is no longer a mask mandate. She said I was on private property and they do what they want. Put on a mask or leave. I said no problem I will take my money some place else. She was snotty and said "ba by".. . Not a soul in the store. Good Luck staying in business. I won't shop there ever again.

Wow...How this place is still in business is beyond me . The staff is the rudest I have ever come across. I thought maybe I was on a bad hidden camera show where they see how rude and awkward they can make you feel. This is the first time I have been in over a year and it was just as bad as I remember . I can't believe that the owner has done nothing about this outrageously rude staff. I will never be back and will make sure and tell everyone I know about this place so they will never have to feel like these girls tried to make me feel . I see by the other reviews that I'm not the only one. 05/11/2021 around 11

Located in the mall everyone that worked there was very rude and would not help us with anything not a good experience will not be returning

Have a great selection in the store, a little pricey but the customer service is horrible! My friend & I was followed through the store which made me never want to stop there ever again!

Love the store, customer service is awful. My daughter and myself went into the store and were stopped at the door to make sure our mask were double lined, which is fine, however when I asked a question, very short and rude! Also pulled my mask down just to smell a scent for literally two seconds, immediately asked very aggressively to pull it up or exit the store. At that point i put my merchandise back up and left. Customer Service is key to any good business, and had she politely asked or just been kind I would done as I was asked and it wouldn’t have been a big deal. As i was leaving she proceeded to say “ have a nice day” just rude. Once again I hate to even write a bad review, however this needs to be known!

I go into EarthBound every time I go to the mall and all the employees have always been great but today an employee named Austin stuck out to me because he was exceptionally nice and helpful! unlike every other store I went in to, he greeted me, introduced himself and let me know about things going on in the store and made my experience that much better!

I'm from out of town. I plan on doing several people's Christmas shopping in store today. Meaning I planned to spend most likely a few hundred dollars. But, I was told that since my 4 year old with sensory issues refuses to wear a mask (he will not even wear a jacket!) that I wasn't allowed to shop. State and federal say its okay for 5 and under to be in public without a mask. I was told to that "we are private property". Well....I'm not even shopping online now. I refuse to give my money to a company that will not allow my 4 year old son with a disability to be in their store. He deserves to out and about just they they deserve to have a job. I'm so mad! I had my mask on and properly! I would call corporate but "they aren't taking calls at this time." Shop somewhere else that doesn't discriminate.
