Dealership worked with me to put me in the truck I wanted. I was disappointed with them undervalueing my trade in and putting upside down so much. They used the excuse it was a two wheel drive and no one buys two wheel drive but I bought a two wheel drive from them so to me that sounds like a great way to undervalue someone’s vehicle and almost make them feel trapped

Horrible experience with the service dept car sat almost a week with no calls nobody would answer the phone . So I finally went and got my car and they hit something and put 4 big scratches on my front bumper now I need a paint job thanks . And a service rep got an attitude with me told me it wasn't his ticket so he didn't care . Never coming back and was planning on getting a c8 corvette from them in future lost this business will never be back .

Excellent buying experience from the long distance phone calls up to the day I took delivery. Best vehicle buying experience to date for me. Very nice staff, very knowledgeable salesman. Jerry in sales is just a wonderful person to do business with. He picked me up 175 miles away at my home, fed me breakfast on the way back to dealership. The car was perfect and ready to go once I arrived. Everyone at the dealership was just nice people you want to do business with.

Trans slipping, called Luke. He ran it by the Tran guy and we set appt for Monday morning. Was told one one designated Tran guy so projected ready time Friday but maybe Monday. Checked Wednesday, still Fri or Mon. Called Friday, not having read a text from Luke saying “got you ready”. Arrived, was explained what to expect the first 1000 miles, and drove out. Not one problem at this point, and I am really pleased! The service dept makes me comfortable in knowing they are doing the work for me, their customer. And I texted Luke back, thanking him for taking care of me!

Jerry Seaman came out and spoke to me one day while I was having a vehicle serviced and I promised him I would try to trade with him on my next vehicle. Jerry was not trying to sell anything that day, but truly loves people. It shows in his actions. It was his taking the time to come talk to me that day, that made me decide to do business there.

I would give Blackmon Chevy 10 stars if I could!!!My family and I recently had a fantastic experience with Dwayne Blackmon Chevy in Tupelo that I can't praise enough. While driving back home to Missouri from a vacation in Gulf Shores, Alabama, our 2018 Yukon XL encountered a major issue - the water pump went out unexpectedly.As a first resort, we had our vehicle towed to the local GMC dealership in town, hoping they could quickly fix the problem and get us back on the road. Unfortunately, they were unwilling to accommodate us that day, leaving us feeling frustrated and anxious about the situation.Thankfully, we then contacted Dwayne Blackmon Chevy and we were in luck. We then had our Yukon towed from the GMC dealership to Blackmon, and the difference in service was remarkable. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly attentive, understanding, and friendly. They immediately got to work on our vehicle, and we were back on the road in an hour and 30 minutes, and best of all, it was all under warranty!Overall, I cannot recommend Dwayne Blackmon Chevy enough for their remarkable service, friendly staff, and prompt resolution to our urgent situation. If you're ever in need of automotive assistance in Tupelo, Mississippi, this dealership should be your top choice. They have earned our trust and gratitude, and we are extremely satisfied customers.

Greeted in my car with the top service team. Luke and Brenda are the best. Brenda gets you in out with a smile. I would not take my Tahoe any where else. Luke calls customers by name and he even remembers my kids names.

Had to wait over 2 hours for an oil change. Warranty work (seat chips) was not done and the sticker on my windshield was not updated.

Dillon and the service team really helped me out of a bind in the middle of my work day when my platinum escalade battery went out and orileys sold me a new battery that required professional installation. They got me in immediately and on my way in time for my next appointment. Saved the day!
