If I could give negative stars I would. My wife and I have been looking for a suburban for the last few months. Upon locating one 10 hours away from where we live- I called and spoke with a sales rep about the availability and he said it was. One of their clients had ordered the wrong seating and ordered another. The sales rep was responsive with the price and details of the truck. He texted the price at 10:12 last Friday at $63,720. At 2:46 the price was raised by $5k due to "market demand and nonavailability". (Please see screen shots below) I'm pretty sure the owner is getting a cut from the MSRP and the selling of a "unit" but to add $5k to price within 4 hours because you want more...is unethical. That owner will get theirs. I understand many other dealerships practice this same dirty move to screw people and make an extra buck, but to quote it one way and change it four hours later is unprofessional. Always be wary of your business dealings.

I purchased a new vehicle from Blackmond (actually my 4th to purchase from here) and as Always it was a GREAT experience. I am old fashion and they do business by a hand shake and a man's word. I have also had plenty of service work here in the past and they always lived up to my expectations. Thanks

I have been a long time customers of Ray's at Dwayne Blackmon and he has always put 150% into helping me whether it is a minor repair or having to go back and forth with Farm Bureau to get them to pay a claim. I will always use him for anything and recommend everyone to him.Services: Electrical
