My truck was parked in a parking lot, a man backed into it. He was insured by state farm. I was recommended to go to crumps because they were supposed to be the best. Well they worked with State farm insurance never called me about anything fixed my truck instead of putting a new fender on, as we had discussed everybody was on the same page even State farm. Well crumps never called me and they repaired the fender because State farm rejected their estimate. Now my fender is oil canning 3 weeks later I am suing Crumps in court for the maximum amount and I will be listing crumps and Melissa. I will be suing both.

I took my wife's car in to get an estimate on her fender molding that had been scraped. They were prompt and set up a time to stop by so they could removed the damaged pieces and I didn't have to leave the car. Followed back up with them and was told the pieces were ready. Dropped by they put the repaired pieces back on and looks like it never happened. Polite, on time, and great work. I would recommend to everyone.Service: Body & Trim

These guys do not service you right my truck has paint missing after paying over 2900 hundred dollars and want to charge me more to repair for something that they didn't repair the first time and which I paid for already . I was told to bring my truck back and they apologize for the mistake but want to charge me for their mistake , bad business. RUN FROM THIS BUSINESSService: Painting
