Went there for an inspection only. I was told I needed to change drag link, which did not need to be replaced. And was charged $900 bucks. Wouldn't recommend going there. I hate thieves..

I took a 2023 school bus up to get the transmission check out before Christmas had it tow 400 dollars I findey went up there in late February and had tow waters in Columbus for 450 they don't call or let u know nothing the bus didn't have but 6000 miles on it

Motorcoach Service Allison Transmission Shop created a leak and had to pay another shop to fix - My warranty required a service record of my transmission fluid on my 2014 Thor Motorcoach. It only had 12K miles on it and was in mint spotless condition, zero issues. and they happen to be a certified Allision repair facility on my route. They installed a new filter and fluid for just over 700. I left that day and continued my drive a few hundred miles then was parked in a campground for 2 1/2 weeks. When I left on that trip to go back to Jacksonville Florida, I stopped in Savannah, Georgia truck stop. When I got out, I could smell something but wasn't sure what it was, it was also pouring rain. When I went to disconnect my vehicle, I noticed transmission fluid all over the rear of coach mudflap and fluid covering the front of my Jeep. When I crawled under there was transmission fluid leaking from side and bottom of pan and spraying onto rear mud flap. I checked fluid and it was not only nearly 5 inches above the mark on dipstick but fluid covering pan. Stopped at a Cummins service center and they said it was leaking around the filter pan gasket/seal. Luckily the service writer asked for the serial number the day before I brought it in for service and I had taken a picture that showed this engine/trans in excellent condition with NO leaks. When I contacted them about it they said it must be something internal or not related to their service. When I supplied the before picture they requested and after of all the fluid covering the bottom of coach, I never got another reply and could never get a return call. PAID to have it done again elsewhere.

Broke down at a truck stop had to get the starter and solenoid changed , called a few places no one would answer the phone Clarke answered, had the tech Johnny call me when he got in and was on the way awesome service from beginning to end. Reasonable rates would definitely use this shop again

Charged me thousands for nothing. They run up charges for every little thing with these so called “computer generated” prices. Not to mention some of the mechanics don’t show much of a care about your time or money. Wouldn’t recommend

They are very highly rated and professional staff. they do quality work in a timely manner.I had an exhaust manifold replaced they fixed it on a Saturday and I had an oil leak on the way home they came out immediately and repaired the leak and got me back going. Five stars all the way highly recommended?

I was moving from California back to Georgia and broke down in my silverado 3500 outside of New Mexico. Long story on that one.. but same issue outside of Tupelo. Mitchell could not see me on short notice, understandably, but referred me to another outstanding mechanic. Great people willing to help and by the looks of the shop, they do Allot of work. Good people in my book.
