Went to purchase a necklace, but cashier could not check me out due to computer problems and no fault of my own. I asked for the necklace to be placed on hold until the next day. Cashier took my name and phone number. I called the next day to make sure the necklace was still being held only to be told that there was no necklace under my name or being held.Edited: I knew there was no way that necklace could be gone. I went back to the store 3 days later. The staff on 2/15/24 were very helpful and even called the worker from that Sunday. The necklace was located and I made my purchase.

Hi my name is Jana Mcfarling. On Sunday October 22nd at around 5:30 pm I went to Claire’s at Barnes crossing mall in Tupelo, MS to get my third holes pierced. When I arrived there was one worker already doing a piercing so I waited until she was done to tell her I wanted a piercing. She proceeded to get annoyed that I didn’t tell her that I wanted a piercing while she was piercing another person. She was rude and used foul language simply because there was 20 minutes until the store closed and she wanted to go home. Once I sat in the chair, she pierced my ears and then would take them out to redo them because she kept messing up. She redid my ears a total of three times. Through out the session she repeatedly used foul language and continued to be extremely unprofessional. I paid $86 dollars for the visit and when I got home I realized that different jewelry was used in my ears. I was extremely unsatisfied with my visit and I believe the worker should be reprimanded for her unprofessional actions.

This store is not wheelchair friendly at all!!!!!! I went with a friend who is in a wheelchairshe could barley get in the door with little room to shop

If I could leave zero stars I would. The customer service is terrible. I had planned to get my ears pierced and waited in-line for about 15 minutes. After being in line, I was told that I would have to make an appointment to get my ears pierced. Then an employee stated that “they were done piercing for the day”. They have signs outside of the store that clearly states “no appointment necessary”. The employees were not on the same page with each other about their ear piercing policies. It’s not worth the time or money shopping here. In fact, it’s better to get ear piercings done by people who are professionally trained to do so.

This store is horrible. I brought my 3 and 4 year daughters in to get their ears pierced and the lady told me that they where not piercing at the moment. Which I had clearly called before driving two hours to get the done . I asked to speak manger and was told that she was going to say the same. After speaking to the store manger Stevie she was definitely no help, my daughters where upset due to not getting a ear piercing also the employees where just standing around on their phone, boxes of unpackaged stuff was by the cash register. The walls where barely shop able . Poor customer service and lack of respect. I will not shop at this location. Which it could have been a race issue since me and my daughters are black and the store manger and other employees where white. Definitely something corporate should know about

The store is filfthy an products all over. They’re rude when you try to ask questions an aren’t very helpful. Manager wasn’t even there when I asked to speak with her. And at one glance from the outside I knew I should have told my daughter no but she wanted the experience. She got her heart broke by the lack of everything an honestly I didn’t know a job allowed them on their phones, through an entire 24 minutes we were there. Be warned.

They told us if we let my step daughter calm down, and bring her back with the second earring we bought, out of the piercing set, they'd do the second one. We brought her back and we had to pay for another set of earrings and the piercing kit. They were also playing on their phones instead of tending to the customers.
