We've been coming to City Thrift since it first opened back in 2007!! It's been through several different management teams since then. This team is pretty good!! The store is looking good!! The customer service representatives are very nice and the donation sorters are really nice and helpful as well. There's plenty of great clothing choices and it's arranged nicely. There's a lot to say about the value for the money!! I really like the colors for the discounts. I have trouble finding some things that are in the category, but I try. I'm glad this store is still here!! I love shopping here!!! Thank you so much!!

Been a frequent shopper here for years. Love going here with my family to find unique and affordable clothing. My brothers and I come here every year to get new jeans. Recently, even up to today I’m in the pants section seeing pants marked up to 100 dollars. Am I even still at a city thrift? What exactly is thrifty about spending 100 dollars on someone’s old pair of pants? I’d be better off going to the mall and buying 100 dollar jeans brand new! Really disappointing, as this place was a life saver and close to home for many years that I will have to shop elsewhere until something is done about the price gouging.

10/09/2023 they had a 50 % off sale today. as I was reading reviews I noticed a couple said the price went up . I was thinking earlier it looked like they marked them up to mark them down to make it seem as if it was a good deal.. I love a good sale but the only thing I get from a 50% off sale is anxiety so many people and kids you really could look through stuff cause everyone was in the way.. I mean don't get me wrong they got so great stuff. if you don't mind a crowd on sale days

I’ve been shopping at this store for many many years, I’ve forever bragged on city thrift for their good prices but as of recent months the prices of men’s clothing has skyrocketed. Im talking 15-60 dollars per pair of blue jeans. What are ya’ll thinking? Doesn’t all of this get donated free of charge?

For stuff being donated they have lost their minds $45 for a pair of used stained jeans is absurd.

Clothes prices are reasonable especially on 50% off tickets. The home stuff is new prices. They have a great selection but I'm not paying new for used!

I have always shopped here for bargains on name brand items. My experience the other day has changed that! I went with my mom, who is 92, to try and find some pants. Not knowing what size she currently wears, I asked to have a fitting room opened. No need to look and find stuff and then to not have it fit. The cashier was polite and said the fitting rooms were permanently closed. I asked why and she said theft and something else I couldn’t understand. I asked if there could be an exception and she said the manager said no. I asked to speak to the manager. She pointed to a woman near the checkout, hanging items on the wall. I walked over to her, explained and my situation. She never stopped what she was doing and with her back to me, said she wasn’t opening a fitting room. Very unprofessional. They have received my last shopping experience.

I have loved this store for many years. And still like shopping there but the music they play now is disturbingly loud and the announcements literally rattle the speakers they are so loud. They seriously need to turn down the sound. And they are the only place I shop that does not offer a dressing room. Pitiful

A cashier named Amari gave excellent customer service and made my experience exceptional, don't let her fool you though, she's a hater

No dressing rooms and a lot of their prices on non clothes items are more than retail. Double check the prices and you will see that you can by it new for less than you can buy it used.

They don't offer changing rooms anymore, you have to purchase the clothes first and take the home to try them on and they ONLY give store credit back if you return the clothes. They give the buyer 14 days to return the clothes and you have to have a valid drivers license with each purchase. They don't inform about the dressing or return policy until after you are checking out and for a store that is mostly clothes they should put a sign outside for costumers to be aware of this issue.
