So I called them to have my Samsung S21 screen repaired and before I could finish my story to the attendant, I was RUDELY interrupted only to be told that “we don’t have Samsung” parts here… LOl the MOST popular phone in America and no parts available. Poor poor service.

Only thing they are good for is fast service. Took my phone to them to fix a cracked screen THATS ALL my phone in general was perfectly fine. Once the screen was replaced it would white out my whole screen would turn white & glitch they took that screen off & put another on and now my phone blacks out randomly and sometimes is not responsive to touch…. For $190 i shouldn’t have problems AT ALL!!!!

Excellent customer service is rare these days but not at Cellaxs! Jay was very knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I needed. He cleaned my phone and installed a screen protector and case for me. I highly suggest giving them a try with your cell phone needs! ??
