A very very respectable people kind take time for you and most of all they have the most respect for you from the one that detail called all up to the head office you can't beat a set of people that sell cars come on down and get your car from this place here from the Nissan place in Tupelo Mississippi is The Price is Right come on down trust me it's right just bought a 2021 Toyota Highland Platinum right good cool and you can't meet us better respect the people inside in the south so come on down the Nissan and talk to the guys there even the young women said latest to whoever they come then meet you at the door with a smile and with a handshake and Mr Charlie and Sean I wouldn't say Sean I think it ain't Sean cool got me cool cool too Etc area Anthony all them guys cool man the whole thanks cool I can find give him five stars if I can give him five more I'll do it again so y'all see me again in a little while after I pay for the car I'll tell you what kind of truck I'm looking for y'all have a blessed day to the owner and to the people that work there keep doing what you're doing good job and people y'all come on down here and buy your car hey don't take long to get a car neither

Derek and Mark were outstanding! We are traveling from Missouri to Gulf Shores and needed an oil change. They not only recommended a place to spend the night but also a locally owed restaurant to have lunch. Highly recommend Carlock Nissan!

The entire sales experience was great. These gentlemen in no way pressured me to buy. Randy, our salesman and the rest of the team were honest with me and extremely helpful. That’s not something that you hear about often “honest salesmen”. It was also fun and exciting. They provided many options and patiently allowed me to drive any vehicle that I requested. If you are serious about your next purchase just drop in and talk to these guys. If they don’t have what you are looking for on the lot they will find it. Whether purchasing a vehicle or leaving without making a purchase I promise you will leave smiling. This team of guys have awesome personalities. They all stayed after closing to close the deal when I was ready.

While the staff was very polite they were unable to resolve my issue. My wife's car battery has gone bad and is covered under the battery warranty, yet I have been unable to obtain a new battery. They have been waiting on new battery for over a month they say and if true not their fault. But their solution to my wife's Armada going dead and leaving her stranded was for me to continue driving the car until a new battery comes in. (who knows when that will be) which would continue leaving my wife stranded several times a week.After doing this for over two weeks I went back on week three and asked if batteries had come in or if not, could I just be reimbursed for getting a new battery on my own. I was told they can't do that and was even told my battery issue was "self inflicted" which was completely untrue.I was told that the policy doesn't allow for them to take care of an issue like this, and I would have to wait on the battery. Which with me being out of town for the next two weeks on business isn't an option. This would leave my wife with a car that starts sometimes and leaves her stranded at other times, with me unable to help. Just not acceptable.I have now purchased newa battery for the Armada at my own expense and haven't had a single issue since. I hope that Carlock revisit their policy and adjust to take care of customers when things get to a point like this. Now over a $250 battery that is covered under warranty they have lost a customer.

Chase was great! Kept in touch with us through the process. Anthony was good even though he’s a Bronco fan. Go Cowboys!! Very satisfied with our Nissan Frontier. Just wish it had a manual with it. So happy to have our much needed vehicle. Thanks again.

We were traveling and are cold air went out so we stopped here on a Saturday. Charles Davis was very friendly and got the air-conditioner Fixed and said we needed freon. They provided quick service then we were on our way. We are extremally happy with their service.

The salesman, manager, finance manager, and customer loyalty specialist were all very friendly and helpful. Kudos to the team. When I didn't fully understand something about the car and the closing process, they took the time to explain things to help me feel comfortable with the car-buying process.
