“We have (3) cars on the family plan. We primarily use the Crosstown Tupelo location. Service has fallen off over the last year. The mechanical car wash works great, but the staff at the beginning who are supposed to scrub the front windshield & back of the vehicle don’t do anything 90% of the time. We are checking into the new car wash that opened near Barnes Crossing. We’ll find out if they are more consistent.”

“This is the coolest car wash I have ever had the pleasure of ‘driving’ or riding rather with car in NEUTRAL and not DRIVE, or, REVERSE!! The guy who’s guiding you will be unhappy if you can’t follow his orders. Trust me!!!”
