We had to wait a long time for our vehicle to be repaired, but it was well worth the wait. They are a very, very busy place but their work is topnotch. The receptionist is very polite. They will always get our business no matter how long it takes. THANKS, BYRD'S!!

I was traveling through town on a college visit for my daughter and we ran over a barrel of hay going 80 mph on the interstate. I pulled into Byrd’s just as they were getting ready to close. If you ever need any body work done or need repair after an accident like us, Byrd's is definitely the place to go in the Tupelo area! Mrs. Anne is absolutely amazing! She helped us get the ball rolling on our repair after the car insurance wanted to total our truck. We can't thank her enough for putting us in contact with the right agents. Mrs. Anne you are such a sweet person thank you for going above and beyond! Your customer service is top notch! And the work done to our truck looks fantastic!

My employer and I were traveling and after an accident her driver's side window would not go all the way up and we had six more hours to go Byrd's not only fixed the window in 20 minutes they didn't charge up extremely nice and helpful five star.
