I had a bear done in Destin Florida. The barcode was put inside your bear. If your child lost or misplaced thier bear it could be turned into nearest BAB and you notified they have it. The audio seems to be put in a pouch in the hand before the stuffing. None of this happened in tupelo. The lady stuffing the day I was there was just boring. And sloppy. The other young lady had a fantastic personality. The audio station was figure it out yourself. Destin had a machine you could record on and check your audio

Everyone knows the iconic Build-A-Bear, you build a costume stuffed animal of your choice with a variety of accessories or scents to chose from.The wait is a bit of a downside because you don't get to look and actually enjoy the experience, feeling a bit rushed because there are others trying to get in to.Aside from that the staff is super helpful and sweet. When building a Stitch Build-A-Bear they helped me through the entire process of getting him boxed up and ready to be gifted.If you're looking for quality time with children or to make something special for someone. Build-A-Bear is a good place.

I entered the store and browsed around looking for a gift for my grandbaby. I was in the store for quite a while and not one employee asked if I needed some help. So I politely walked right out and spent my money else where.

Took my daughter to get her 3rd birthday bear she had a blast they are so cute there and I love the pay their age for birthday bear. It allows me to get her some extras i couldn't normally afford.

Worst build a bear ever. 7 people working and only 2 people actually helped us. Sat in line for over 35 minutes to just stuff the bear. This place needs new employees absolutely insane
