I rented a car and paid with the point on my credit card. I extended the rental for 2 weeks at the rate of $365 per week. They charge my card for $309. Charged it again for $600. Charged it again for $1389. I finally had to put a block my card. The last two charges were unauthorized. I hired Morgan and Morgan! I'm taking then to court for credit card fraud! And theft by e-commerce. BBB is also being notified! As well as Secretary of State!

I was told and paid for one price but Budget charged my card another price. Do not use Budget. The guy in customer service name Charlie told me that's the way it is and I will have to deal with it.

If nothing ever goes wrong, you'll never know how good a business is. Our car from Budget had running problems during our out of state drive trip and we limped into a random Budget dealership in Tupelo Miss. I called each office (originator and Tupelo) and was surprised at how easy the switch was to get us back on the road with another SUV. Overall, a good experience with only about an hour lost on the road.

Only we have one problem. They close so early. And Tupelo didn’t have anything. But car and people was pretty good!

My experience was HORRIBLE. They charged me for a white spray that was already in the car that came from them half cleaning the vehicle. She proceeded to tell me that it wasn't there when I got it and I assured her I didn't have anything in the vehicle. I only went to and from work. I didn't have a reason to spray white stuff all in the vehicle. I was assured that it was ok and "I was good." However my deposit was $300 and I only received $200 back. The two ladies were very unprofessional, rude, and simply didn't care anything about their customers nor how they make their customers feel. I will NEVER rent from here again!

Turned in a car and was told they were going to charge extra because of pet hair in the car?? I was the only person in the car for 2 days...maybe I started shedding cat hair over the weekend?

This is the absolute worst company to rent for and I will spend the rest of my life steering people I know away from ever experiencing what we just did. The vehicle had no floor mats so there was a minimal amount of dirt from shoes on the driver side . They then tried to say that there was pet hair in the car. We kindly explained that no, there were no pets in the vehicle but that we did indeed own many animals (5 dogs and 3 cats) and that the hair came from our clothes as the puppies were jumping on us before we left. They said it didn’t matter that they were keeping out $500 dollar deposit !!! This is absolutely unacceptable.

Customer service is A1! They answered all of my crazy questions. Explained everything to me in detail. No issues with booking. I'm definitely booking again with Budget.

Made a reservation three months in advance. Showed up to pick up rental. The place was closed during hours it was supposed to be open. Everyone involved with this location should be fired immediately. Completely unprofessional. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS LOCATION.

Paid up front a week in advance, spoke to a rep twice to verify my card for the deposit to pickup, and was refused a car when I showed up at reservation time cause the lady wasn't familiar with my bank card and wouldn't even run it. I've had same account for thirteen years AND paid in FULL in advance. Would not even check the validity of my bank.

I would like to thank the two young ladies at the Tupelo office who did a GREAT JOB assisting me in my car rental. Their professionalism and superior custom service should be seen as an example of how a customer should be treated. Budget if you keep these two ladies as a part of your organization you have a dedicated customer in me. My youth organization and company has began the process of finalizing future trips and Budget has become the front runner in our search for quality organization to rent a vehicle based on this weeks experience.SincerelyTaurse L. harden Sr

Chantae Thornton was absolutely wonderful as I was preparing for my trip to Utah. I was nervous and worried as my husband was in Utah with his mother as her health was declining. I could not have asked for anyone so compassionate and caring. She even sent an email with kind words. Her small gestures of kindness will never be forgotten. Thank you so much.

Terrible customer service. The ladies are rude and ghetto. Tried calling several days in a row to find out deposit Amt and when they didn’t answer phone I called the 800 number and was told deposit of $200. Got to location and lady was rude and said deposit is $300. When I got to the vehicle there were scrapes down the side of the car, bumper clips broken in front, lady wanted me to verify that the gas was on full when it was in fact only 1/4 tank of gas. The stereo kept blacking out, tires were bald, kept getting warning that oil change was due, no windshield wiper fluid and the car was dirty inside and out but I needed the car so I took it… then upon returning they only refunded $115 of $300 when I took the car back cleaner than I got it.

Terrible customer service but only option at the airport in Tupelo. Repeatedly claimed damage, missing keys, or missing parts weeks after return of vehicles when employees weren't there to accept vehicle return of both box trucks and car rentals. They have twice not had vehicle type reserved available.

Very nice staff, friendly and very knowledgeable. Reserved online but would have been able to do so in person. Vehicle was clean and nice, made for enjoyable vacation to Indianapolis.
