I purchased flowers for my wife's birthday. The customer service and the floral arrangement were both way beyond my expectations. When I wish to purchase flowers in the future, Boyd's Flowers & Gift will be the only business I consider. I recommend you do the same.

I have had two deliveries from Boyd's Flowers. Both times I selected designer's choice and I couldn't be more happy with the results. The flowers are fresh and unique. I highly recommend sending flowers through Boyd's!

Called late morning to order fresh flowers to be delivered to the wife for her birthday. Lady on the phone was super helpful. Flowers were delivered a couple hours later. They were beautiful. Wife was very happy. Thank you guys. ?

Boyds did my sons wedding and did an amazing job the flowers were beautiful. She was so helpful and kind. She is now doing my daughters wedding and once again is so sweet and helpful. I cannot imagine using anyone else. recommend 10/10

I just had some flowers delivered and they reeked of cigarette smoke, my wife went to smell the bouquet and nearly gagged at the smell of cigarettes. The whole point in buying flowers ? was for them to SMELL like flowers. We have used Boyd’s in the past, but after today. We will be using another florist.

I worked closely with Carole Ann, the owner of Boyd's Flowers and Gifts, on an arrangement for my mother's 65th birthday. I wanted something that was going to make a statement. Carole Ann was wonderful to work with. She took pictures and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process, starting with the floral selection ending with the final product. I will use her for all special occasions in the future. She is a true talent. I would highly recommend Boyd's Flowers and Gifts to anyone looking for something special. The arrangement was absolutely breathtaking!

I called today to order a fresh flower arrangement for my close friend's mother who had suffered a devastating stroke and in the hospital. I had not gone to their website and just briefly stated what I'd like and my budget. My friend texted me a picture and they went above and beyond my expectations. And they had to go to the hospital twice to get the arrangement delivered! I couldn't be more pleased. Their customer service is outstanding!!!

I'm not sure what associates I worked with but everyone that I spoke to was knowledgeable and friendly. I was there to purchase an arrangement to be sent to my husband's grandmother's visitation and even though it was Mother's Day weekend (their busiest time - 2nd only to Valentine's Day), they were able to meet my needs in a timely fashion. I don't have much experience with sympathy arrangements but I had a price range and a couple of ideas of what I wanted. They combined all of my ideas in a beautiful arrangement that fell right within the budget I had set for the occasion....including the delivery fees. They did have a new girl helping out behind the counter for the Mother's Day rush. She was extremely friendly but seemed to be a bit overwhelmed. She could have benefitted from a bit more training before being thrown into the mix. No complaints about her....She just seemed a bit overwhelmed is all. I plan to use Boyd's as my go-to florist.
