This is the same company as Williams Transfer, according to state paperwork, and the truck that came was labeled Bond Relocation, so I'm going to put my same review here. The move coordinator stopped responding for days at a time. This happened at least three times -- there were multiple occasions where I was assured that I would have information by the end of the day, and I had to follow up to get information days later. She said, over and over, that she was sorry for dropping the ball and that it was her fault. My delivery was a full week late, and I had to follow up, repeatedly, to get that information, and the move coordinator said, over and, that she was sorry for dropping the ball and that it was her fault.I asked via email for my two desks to have disassembly and assembly added. Somehow, the move coordinator read "two desks" as "one big desk", supposedly, and only added one desk, so I'm being charged for the second desk after the fact despite it being her mistake. She said, over and over, that she was sorry for dropping the ball and that it was her fault. The actual movers were fantastic - they were efficient, friendly, and cooperative. It's a shame the overall experience was so bad that I can't improve the rating based on their service.Edit: Notice how there's no real talk of undoing the charge they're causing me by their own -- fine, I'll call it what is, incompetence, but I hate throwing that word around. There's no other word for reading "two desks" and deciding that means "one big desk", and then saying that we had only discussed one desk, when I have in writing that I said two.

RUN AWAY! Had "Mayflower" through Bond Relocation come out and give me an estimate. Gave them the OK. Just three days away from us leaving town to move out of state, Jeff Williams called and told me they could not move me due to a loss in workers. Not can we reschedule. NOTHING but we can't move you. This was a big move - whole house across multiple states. Unprofessional and they have left our family in quite the bind! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

First I would like to say that of all the people who work at Bond relocation, Kim Thompson is a sweet and genuinely caring person. However the rest of the organization does not seem to care one bit about he customer or damage to a customers goods or property. I have been dealing with Bond relocation for over 2 months regarding damage to walls, paint and stairs in my new home. We witnessed the damage with our own eyes as the delivery workers moved the furniture up the stairs. I have personally reached out to Bond more than 2 dozens times via phone and email and have gotten the run around every time. Being told the same thing over and over, we will look into this and get back with you ASAP, guess what ASAP never comes. I have heard the story over and over, we are down to 2 workers and such and such is out sick or so and so is out and we cant handle your issue at this time. Also did I mention that they were almost 2 weeks late delivering my shipment to start with . My entire family had to sleep on an air mattress and eat take out for almost 2 weeks and take our clothes we did have with us to a laundry matt while they held my good and clothes hostage due to not having a driver to deliver them. Guess what if you don't have a driver, don't take the job and charge me the 8,000 bucks. And to top it off damage 11 pieces of furniture in the loading or unloading of the move and then walk away like nothing was wrong. WORST company in the world to deal with. If you are ever approached by or call on your own a Mayflower sales rep named Rick Harris in Tupelo MS and attempt to hire Mayflower just know that it will be subbed out to a local company called Bond Relocation or Williams Transfer and Storage. I can tell you first hand don't waste your money using them as you will regret it. I am still fighting 2 claims that Mayflower is trying to not pay due to damage to property and Bond is not trying to repair the damage to a brand new house we moved into.

We have used Mayflower/United several times and have been completely satisfied with their services. Best drivers, great packers and all around caring people. I would never use any one but them if I ever move again.
