I had an emergency which required an external hard drive to back up my computer before taking it to get serviced.The staff member who served us was knowledgeable and helped me choose the right drive for my needs.

Best buy has some good employees the installer was honest with me about my radio and he put a adapter plug to the factory plug so nothing would have to be cut. So I will do more business with them thanks again

Probably THE worst Best Buy I have delt with. First and foremost, there is NO customer service. Most of the guys out on the floor are huddled together talking about a ball game. On two separate occasions I had to go retrieve an employee from the huddle to help with finding an item. Both times they went to the back warehouse to "look" and never returned. I could hear them in the back laughing and talking. Another employee finally came from the back and said they didn't have "nun of'em". I told them the website shows they had several in stock and requested they check the SKU# and sure enough they were in stock. They acted like it was putting them out to have to go back and pull the item from stock. This Best Buy used to be great but it has really went downhill. It needs a house cleaning top to bottom.

I usually only give 5 star reviews, but I just can't this time. Best Buy, supervise you employee's. Teach them how to be courteous to the customer. And for goodness sake, please teach them not to call the customer names. Next time I will cause a much bigger scene. And by the way, BEST BUY, your district manager still owes me a phone call. Your store manager has my number.

I don’t think I’ve ever left a bad review in my life, until now. My experience with Best Buy has been absolutely terrible.What’s the point in scheduling an appointment if they don’t show up or only bring half the order? I have Ordered 3 TVs including installation and nobody showed up on the day scheduled for delivery without calling or giving any sort of notification on why they didn’t show up. This happened 4 separate times now.(that’s crazy right 4 times without any explanation or calling to cancel) and all 4 times I took off work to be home for the scheduled appointment, just for them to not show up or even call to cancel/reschedule.

Did not have my item waited 40 minutes for assistance and they knew I needed help: I was was getting impatient on the waiting and they knew it so they avoided me. I had a simple question. Did you have this in stock. Went to the service desk he said no we don’t have it but can order it. He said it would be here on Saturday this was Wednesday. When it wasn’t in Saturday they told me it was next Saturday. I’ve been waiting 10 days for an item I found in stock in the Memphis store. The last time I ordered something it came in used and scratched up. I declined it and went elsewhere. I should have known better. We will see if my item is here tomorrow.

Always had a great experience here and this time was little confusing.I brought an open box monitor I told them I need check if it's working okay before I take it from the shop ( I live 1hr away ) . She gave a irritated look and started opening up the monitor in a right manner and it continued when she was putting things back together and she even tried to force close it because she dint keep the monitor properly in the box . That got me scared .First bad experience in here among all the great ones.

I bought a TV online for black friday, they cancled my order on the 6th of Dec saying they couldn't fulfill my order because it wasn't in stock. It was in stock when I ordered it, and now I will have to pay full price if I wanna buy a TV. On top of all that I called the tupelo store and they did in fact have it in stock, and when I called them back they said I would have to pay another 50 dollars for the TV I ordered that they "said" they didn't have in stock.
