Over all I really like the store. I do have an issue with the Este Lauder staff. On two separate occasions by two separate staff members; my skin was insulted. The first instance I was told my eyebags were bad and the concealer I was buying would help. Then yesterday, I was asked if I was using a nightly repair cream or moisturizer. When I said no (I use moisturizer but not a nightly repair cream) she told me my skin was dry and I needed to. Then repeated it. I actually struggle with my skin due to eczema I have had since birth. I have to put medication on it every night. I feel I was very friendly and polite with these women as well, I do not understand where comments like this came from. I wanted to address that words can hurt and you do not know what someone is dealing with. Insulting should never be a form of advertising your product. All skin is beautiful and should be able to feel confident in that.

I've never bought or been fitted for a suit before and there was this employee named Nadya and omg the nicest woman ever I don't think I could of done it without her I really don't she knew everything from tone and complexion and what sizes from different material to everything. I will definitely be back there. If y'all go definitely give Nadya a try she really is good. I hope they know how good of an employee they have. I was so nervous and panicky and she made it easy .....

It's a high-end department store the same as any other. They had a great sale going on. My mom wanted to buy me something but I couldn't find anything I liked. All the shoes I liked only had size 6 that sucks so bad. But I ended up with a purse it was $325, but we got it for $228. The sale was amazing. They also had a lot of buy one get 3 free deals, it was great for my mom a daughter.

Belk has always been my preferred mall department store. My recent visit to the Tupelo store has changed that preference. A visit to the ladies room was unbelievable. The Family facilities had toilet paper that was 3" wide and was not folded over. It was 2, 3" wide strips!!!! The paper towel roll was located on the floor!! The lack of acceptable restroom attention was appalling for a retail store of this type.

If you enjoy shirts that after being dried they will shrink up so bad you can't raise your arms in public because you will be crop topping and I'm talking about men not ladies. You ever seen me crop top!!!No I don't even wanna see me do that
