I’ve visited this store several times for phone repair and to purchase batteries for my watch as well as a screen replacement on my phone. Jack has been courteous, given quick service and has even been willing to help me put my watch band back on. This means a lot to elderly women who have trouble doing such as reattaching a watch band.

Excellent customer service. Bert helped us out with our RV batteries. He was polite and helpful. The batteries were available at the Tupelo store and exactly what we needed.

The customer service at Batteries+ Bulbs is outstanding. Santa forgot the batteries for my daughter's Christmas toys, so I came in with the toys. The employee took his time and inserted the batteries to ensure everything worked properly. This was not expected. You can’t get this type of customer service at Walmart. The staff and owner was so nice and motivated to help. If you need batteries without any hassle, this is your place.

I know it’s one star but only because they wouldn’t allow NO stars. The Tupelo, MS store is terrible. 10/10 do not recommend. Just order your batteries from Amazon.

Had the battery from my key fob replaced on 12/18/23 1028am—- walked in, was greeted by Bertb (i think?- thats what it says on my receipt) - anyways, great customer service! Friendly, informative and FAST! The world needs more of Bertb.
