They were prompt and set up a time to stop by so they could removed the damaged pieces and I didn't have to leave the car. Followed back up with them and was told the pieces were ready. Dropped by they put the repaired pieces back on and looks like it never happened. Polite, on time, and great work. I would recommend to everyone.Service: Body & Trim”

“I delivered a load to Home Depot in Saltillo, Mississippi and unfortunately my truck broke! There was a Kenworth dealership 8 miles away in Tupelo, Mississippi! Due to all the previous bad weather in that area, they were a little behind on repairs! The minute I walked through the front door I was treated with the upmost respect! I had to get a hotel because my parts needed to be ordered but my wait and stay was enjoyable because of the service representative by the name of Ms. Kathi! She was a light in my dark times! She treated me like a human being and not a number! She was very professional and polite! Respect is earned and never given, Ms. Kathi and the entire Kenworth dealership earned my respect!
