I recently took my niece shopping for clothing. She had no idea what size she was and Sarah kindly assisted us with trying on roughly 30 items. She was so sweet and extremely helpful, as she helped us search for age appropriate clothing. I had no idea she was brand new to AE until the very end. I ended up purchasing many, many items, which I never would’ve bought had Sarah not been involved with our interaction. As someone who is self-employed, I am well aware of how important having a great staff can be. Sarah is the definition of “Southern Hospitality.” Without her help, I would’ve walked out of the store without a single purchase.

I recently started wearing their brand jeans and I'm glad I did. The stretch in the jeans are amazing and fits me like a glove. Their customer service is great always there to help you find what you need.
