Unfortunately,, rescue shelters don’t really have full details of the life they have lived. All Animal has done an amazing job at exams and helping him overcome some anxiety, allergies and he loves them!

They were absolutely fabulous with my little boy Knoxx!! They went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable for leaving him. I could call and talk to the lady that Is with him and she gave me updates daily. It’s just a great place to take her puppy.

The worst experience ever in an emergency situation. My dog was MISDIAGNOSED today with a flesh wound even after x-rays and checking vitals, the clinic tried to charge us at minimum 950 to fix him. I did not like the way they talked to me at all. Zero empathy and no compassion. I came in crying with a fur baby who needed help and it was money this and money that when I had already told them, we'd figure it out, just help him.Even while waiting to get approved for the care credit to undergo the surgery their receptionist, Nicole, told me I needed to HURRY because my baby wasn't getting the treatment he needed and every second counted... after 3 hours of being there in their care.We left because they were so rude. Paid $250, left with no pain meds (he was hit by a car and had a HUGE OPEN WOUND), no antibiotics, a MISDIAGNOSED ISSUE of a FLESH WOUND, when after a 2nd opinion, my baby had a ruptured abdomen that was 80% full of blood and was going to kill him in the night. They did nothing for my baby. Didn't even clean him up a little bit or cover his wound because we decided to get a 2nd opinion. He was in the back under their care for 3 hours. We got a towel, covered in his blood, that they said we would keep. How thoughtful. He left looking worse than when he got there.Had I listened to this TERRIBLE clinic. My baby would have died in their kennel, alone, in so much pain and they still would have stuck me with that bill... ?luckily I found out and didn't rely on these unconsiderate, unprofessional vets and put him down comfortably surrounded by vets that actually cared about him and weren't just after our money.I will never recommend these people to anyone and will make sure people hear about what they have done. I watched for three hours today, dogs fighting to not come inside this clinic and growling at their techs. If that doesn't tell you something, along with our story, nothing will.Rest in peace to my Richard. I'm so sorry I ever brought him here. ?Maybe if the bleeding could have been stopped before hand, this might not have happened, but at least you guys got some money.

Took my puppy in because she wasn’t eating and throwing up. We went to the vet and they said it was parvo and she had if for a week. We only took her to the vet during the week. The dr we had was trying to get more money out of me and kept saying she wished the puppy would stay in the hospital but it might not even help. The vet offered an antibiotic for 750 and I said no I couldn’t afford it. She continued to talk about the medication and tried to guilt trip us. All of the things they did cost 400 and one of the higher medical expenses was an antibiotic packet it only containing 4 separate doses and they made us buy it all the same day.

I boarded my two dogs for a week while me and my husband took a trip. Their visit included a complimentary bath. Their bath was documented as given the first day of them being dropped off. Makes no sense. Also my lab lost at least 5 pounds and both dogs were covered in pee. They are house trained and never pee inside or in their kennel. My white dog was yellow. So gross and sad to think that I trusted these people to take care of my dogs. Truly broke my heart. I will never go back.

I have been a client at All Animal since an emergency 20 years ago on a Sunday afternoon and my vet (when I called them) gave me the number at All Animal to call. Dr. Ganas and Lianne met me and treated my dog like he was always their patient. Since then we have been through losses and new puppies and currently treat my four dogs. I have a saying - I wouldn't do pets without them. Dana

Dr. Bryan and Dr. Davis treated me and my dog with complete respect and sensitivity. My dog’s case had been discussed prior to our arrival and they explained every step in the process in a simple and concise manner, then took the time to make sure I understood everything. Every staff member was kind and attentive. This experience and all of my experiences before have excellent. I recommend them highly, and I am not easy to impress.
