Top destination when gaming in north Mississippi. The property is well maintained starting with exterior, rooms, and gaming area. The ambiance is very relaxed, not loud and peaceful. Fuddruckers is awesome and the toppings bar is provided for that serious hamburger conseour. Also the pumpkin cheesecake ice cream is a winner!!

Kind of off the beaten path but had a wonderful time. VIP host took care of my every need. On Wednesdays anyone over 50 can get a free meal and 15.00 slot play. Drinks flowed and smashed more than one hooter cooter. Too much fun.
Rooms: Clean
Noteworthy details: You need to go, loosen up and have a blast. Let all inobitions go.

Rooms: Bathroom missing toilet paper holder. Rooms and beds were comfortable, not the best.
Food and drinks: Since it's a casino I guess no early risers, only a Dunkin Donuts open with 1 server.

UPDATE: GAMBLED AFTER WE ARRIVED. LEFT TO GO TO HORSESHOE. RETURNED TO SETTLE IN FOR THD NIGHT. Commode is almost over flowed. We did not use it at all. Called and a worker came and he could not get it to flush. At midnight we had to pack up and wait until a new room was available. They said no other rooms available but by some miracle they found one. I think they wanted us to stay in a room with no working bathroom. Definitely my last trip down to this area to gamble.
Been coming for years. This will be my last visit. Here all day gambling and you cannot get s drinks. If you go to the bar they want you to pay. Losing money no perks. 11- 1 2024. The rooms are not nice. Commode will not flush, tv not working. Dirty and worn out carpet.

I love this place! The people there have always been good to me since day one, which is why I go out of my way to visit Fitz instead of the others. ??

Customer service was a bit rough at check-in. The representatives did not exude friendliness. The rooms are clean, but average; not many amenities (i.e., microwave, USB-C outlets). It's Mississippi so expect the cigarette smoke emanating in the hallways and rooms even though there are no smoking signs in the room.
I tried to gamble in the casino, but the smoking was too overwhelming for me so I had to cut gambling time extremely short. Perhaps a mask would have helped. The location is in no man's land; huge property, but nothing but gas stations near. NOTHING in walking distance.

Handicapped rooms are to small for movement. Don't waste $25 on the "buffet". More like small selection, dry, leathery, hard, tasteless.....stop by Wendy's and get a $5 biggie bag. You'll be glad you did. Is coffee non existent? Why yes it is in the morning, don't believe go to the bar. Workers are not anywhere to be found. Only other option is Dunkin doughnuts after they finally open, and that's $6 a cup. Good luck!!

Like like every other casino we had our money stolen at in Tunica, this place is an absolute chop shop. On two separate visits, each one of the five members of my group lost exorbitant amounts of money. Frequent slot player that has played the games featured at this casino many times. In many cities. I have never seen theft like this before in my life. St Louis. Miami. Las Vegas. Pick a city. They all play relatively the same. Bonusing about the same amount of times, with a RTG of roughly the same amount on a consistent basis. The way that the slots at this casino played is unlike anything I've ever seen. Bonuses were non-existent, and the RTG was also non-existent. They are just taking every dime they can before this city completely dies. Do not visit this casino. In fact, do not visit Tunica, Mississippi for any reason. On a 3-day visit, my group of five lost in excess of $8,000. We weren't looking to win a million dollars. We were looking for some entertainment. Instead, we got robbed blind. The owners of these casinos are criminals. There's no other way to say it.
