Store almost always opens late. I get off at 7 and they claim to open at 8. I don't know what time they opened today but I waited until 8:05 then went to the Family Dollar Tree. I would rather go to DG but more often than not, I have to leave and go to one that opens on time.

This store says it opens at 8 am. It is NEVER open at 8 am. I work nights and have tried to catch them between 8-8:30 on several occasions and they have not been open.

Excellent Customer Service. Shelves are full and store is clean. This store has definitely changed over the course of the last few months. Kudos to the Dollar General staff in Robinsonville, Mississippi

Stopped in on our way to the casinos, in need of Allergy Meds as the cutting of cotton fields unexpectedly had my sinus in a mess. Came at 4:54 on a Friday afternoon, walked to the front door to find it locked. Began to walk back to car and saw two people inside the store both carrying shopping bags, one was wearing a uniform and one was not. My friend asked "how do we get in?" to which we were responded with very rudely with a hateful look and "You don't! No other explanation was given. At that point another customer had also arrived and was standing at the door. Both ladies inside the store stood there and looked at us all until we got back in our car to leave before they unlocked the doors and left. There were no posted hours on the door and no open/closed sign.

I recently visited the Dollar General and I must say, my experience was far from satisfactory. The store was messy and disorganized, which made finding what I needed a real challenge. The frozen food and refrigerated food sections were sketchy at best, and I didn't feel comfortable purchasing any food items there. The quality of the food was questionable as it seemed like it had been sitting out for a while before being placed back in the refrigeration. The store also seemed understaffed, which resulted in long lines and wait times. On two separate occasions, the store had been randomly closed without any apparent reason, causing inconvenience to customers. Additionally, one time a car had driven through the front doors, which wasn't their fault but still impacted the shopping experience.Overall, I was disappointed with my visit to the Dollar General. The disorganization of the store and the questionable quality of their food items were major drawbacks. The lack of staffing and long wait times added to the frustration. While the store offers affordable prices, the shopping experience left a lot to be desired. I would recommend looking elsewhere for a better shopping experience.

This location stays busy and the staff does their best to keep up. The aisles are always blocked by new unpacked inventory . Hey DG executives send a team to help out at the Robinson Mississippi location.

Obviously this store operates on their employees desired work schedule. Shows opens at 8:00 a.m. but as of almost 8:30 a.m. doors still locked, couple customers still sitting in parking lot. Even called store and no one answers.
