While the oil change was excellent, when my daughter got the car back it started running bad, shutting off and missing. Took it back Express, and they took several days to get to it. I called on the third day that it was at their facility and was told we are looking at it now. So I drove to the facility and was told that it needed cam shaft cover gasket and Pcv valve replacement and oil sending solenoid unit.$1000.00 price tag. I was going to let them do the repairs, however they would not accept Car Shield for warranty. So I told the guy at the desk that I had to take to where they would accept my warranty. So Car Shield recommended a repair shop and I took it. The mechanic called me back within a few ours and said that their assessment was totally off and the problem was grass clogged in the mass air flow sensor and one of the screws was missing from the air filter box. $60.00 versus $1000.00. It will never go back to that facility again.

Everyone very pleasant. Did everything I asked them to do. Waiting room clean, had coffee for customers. Could not ask for more.

Byron Bland, service manager and everyone in service helped me out a great deal. I purchased a new truck from out of town and drove it around 600 miles 1 day and I had a defect on a major part. Truck is still under warranty and parts came in next day. They had me finished in 3.5 days even with the hack that happened I was surprised of the turn around time those guys deserve a raise and steak dinner. I will definitely be back and buy my vehicles from skinners.

Express Terry are not a good choice for purchasing a vehicle from. They are very unlikely to return any phone calls when there is a problem. I purchase my vehicle from them and it's been horrible trying to get my tags. They took out money for tags and taxes but didn't send the full amount to ms for my tags.i contacted financial services who done my paperwork and explained to them what were going on due to the state of ms calling me stated about the money due for my tags I were told Terry express didn't send them the full amount that were taken out only a portion of the money.i were told bye the financial department @ express Terry they would take care of it now it's 2 weeks later I have not heard from anyone from this dealership. I have called several times no answer only voicemail but calls don't get return is sad how people handle business now .I wouldn't recommend no one to purchase from this dealership poor service and no organization at all

They push extended warranties very hard. Telling you it's refundable if you sell or trade. But then duck you when you try to cancel.
