Do not use this place!!!. I had used them once before with no issues so when my car started giving me problems naturally I went back. My car was loosing power at take off. They said it was the o2 censors and it would be 875.00 to fix. Then 2 days later another part to bring the total to 1094.00 So ok...Went to pick car up. Paid the bill. Got in car....still not fixed... So left the car again....weeks go by with me calling every 2 days with them telling me they are working on it. Then they tell me now it needs a turbo. It will be 2300.00...WTH So I talk to the owner Brandi, who was very rude. I felt they misdiagnosed my car to begin with. So I told him I would pick my car up and see him in court.. About 10 mins later I get a call back telling me they will do it for 728.00 the cost of the turbo..So I pay over the phone for them to order the part. Weeks go by again with me calling only to be told they are working on it. Then finally I get a call telling me Now it needs a Cadillac Converter... So after paying 1822.00 my car is still doing the same thing.. and they kept it 17 weeks. And they wonder why I am upset... I seriously considered taking them to court. But just didn't want the hassle. But I will share this review in hopes this doesn't happen to anyone else EVER...Brandi you should be ashamed of how you treated me...

My husband and I were driving from Texas to Florida, it was late in the day and we heard this noise on my car. We pulled in to B&B Automotive, they were really nice and took care of the issue on my car. The brake shield was bent and they fixed it with no issues. It was causing the noise, but these guys took great care of us. We're truly grateful as were not even half way to our destination. So thank you.Service: Auto maintenance

I've been here numerous times and never had an issue until this time, even had referred others there. This time my husband went in for an oil change and was told we needed new tires. Which was expected, as it was bought used. The vehicle is a 2008. The employee told my husband those were the original tires and had been on for 5 years. ???? Anyways, he quoted 60k mile tires for $700 (which were the tires "recommended for the vehicle") and all terrain for $1100. My husband called me, I talked to the guy and decided on the $700 tires. He then said he could only get 3 tires but could get 50k mile economy tires for $10 cheaper per tire. He said they are basically the same tires as the $700 ones. I asked him if they were basically the same, why didn't he mention them from the beginning. I said no, I'd rather have the $700 tires, as it's a better deal for the mileage and money. I told him to order the 4th tire, replace 3 worst tires the following day and I'd bring vehicle back in when the 4th tire came in. The following day, when it was time to pick up car, I called to get total in order to send cash. The total was around $640. He apparently ignored my request and put the economy tires on the vehicle. I called to speak to the owner to simply let him know that his employee ignored what I said to do with my car. I would have left it at that but his response was completely inappropriate. He raised his voice, talking over me, to tell me if I didn't trust them, I shouldn't have brought my car in there. He then stated that I was making a mountain out of a molehill and he didn’t know what point I Was trying to make. I told him if he would let me talk, he would get my point. I let him know that I have every intention of leaving the tires on and paying them for the tires and their work as I was goingout of town the next morning. I simply wanted to let him know that his employee ignored my wishes for my vehicle and how I spent my money. If the owner would have listened to my concern and responded appropriately, that would have been that. Instead, he got defensive and acted as if they did nothing wrong...thus, leading me to leave an unfavorable review as well as never use them or refer to them again.

I hit a deer. Needless to say, my car was in bad shape. It needed a new grill, hood, radiator, fan, and i think a compressor too. Got it back and it runs like new, plus you can barely tell the car was even damaged.
