I was able to call and schedule a time to have my oil changed in my 2016 Nissan. Once arriving the reps in the service department, immediate assisted me. The waiting area was very clean and I had the option of watching t.v. or connecting to wifi. I was in and out in a very short time. K.H. Nissan has great customer service.
