Terrible bank and careless staff. Only positive side is they're open on weekends. Staff doesn't care about customers at all. My account was set so I could not overdraft yet it has overdraft 3 times. I've been with them for 3years out of convenience of the location and I just closed my account due to the service. Citizen Bank is so much better. I love the staff and they care about their customers.

This location reopened a previously disabled account without my knowledge, causing return mail fees and overdraft fees to be incurred. Stay away, bank with Renasant or Bank of the South, anywhere but here.

Great bank!! They are definitely more customer oriented than profit oriented. They have great policies regarding deposited and withdrawals and don't cut you off in the middle of the day like most other banks in the area.

What's the point of advertising that you stay open till 7, if you close 30mins early??? Terrible staff, employees aren't knowledgeable about anything that involves banking.
