Bad customer service. Always closing unexpectedly, although online and over the phone they’re said to be open.

I just spent 36 minutes on hold waiting to speak to someone when it was finally my turn to speak to someone they hung up. When I redialed the phone there were 2 callers ahead of me. Then when my turn came back up again the hung up again!!!!! Absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous!

The seem understaffed, but you can tell they are doing their best for the customers and that is muchly appreciated! Thanks y'all!
