the most incompetent people I've ever met in my life. had to sit there and watch them call cvs to send the prescription because they continously claimed that they couldn't get a hold of cvs. funny how they were able to get them on the phone when I was standing there listening.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Customer service is awful. I’ve never felt so disrespected by someone who is getting paid to provide a service. I will be moving all my prescriptions elsewhere.
