Terrible customer service, wasn’t sure about the sizing of a bowl so I asked if I could return it if it would not fit. They told me no I would just have to buy another one or I could bring my piece in to test. When I did so I was told I was not allowed to have it in there since there was the smallest piece of ash on the side. They are a rude, unhelpful, money grab and I advise going somewhere else for your needs since they’re products are not worth the trouble.

Having run out of vape juice on a Sunday, I googled local shops and found that Tobacco 101 was open. I normally make my own juice, so I was unfamiliar with the brands and flavors that they had available. The guy at the counter was very helpful in narrowing down what flavor profile I wanted. I have been back twice now and will definitely look to them for future needs.
