I get it is hot out but don't need the guy in the car wash pretreating the cars to be yelling and having an attitude. So unprofessional. Will NEVER come back here again. First and LAST TIME EVER.

Super kind workers at first, but they were deceiving today. They tried to get me to pay for the more expensive wash and get a membership, but I declined multiple times. I received the basic car wash, which hardly does anything, but I just wanted to vacuum the inside of my car out anyway. Well, after I paid and went through the wash, that’s when they decided to notify me and several others that their vacuums aren’t working. I know it’s not a huge deal, but I just feel slighted and upset that they didn’t tell me upfront before I paid and before they tried to sell me a more expensive wash on top of that. Be considerate of your customers’ time and MONEY. Do better Take 5.

Super friendly staff and a great wash for my car. The vacuums seemed to be in great working order. It’s a bit difficult to turn in if you’re coming from the east on 12, but that is due to the center road barriers installed by the city.

Knocked the emblem off my car and said it had to be loose already retired to retrieve it and found about 3 other emblems that weren't mine but wouldn't take responsibility for ripping them off peoples cars

Friendly and helpful staff clean area around car wash. I’m from Starkville MS and there they use a brush on the front bumper, windshield and rear of vehicle. Brush does a better job than the spray on the front and rear cleaning the vehicle.

Firstly, the gate after payment fell down onto my vehicle. Luckily it did no permanent damage. Secondly, I was left with a subpar wash. Lastly, the vacuums kept breaking. You might as well just clean your car by yourself and save $20.
