Would like to report that the jeep renegade that was sold by Parker Chrysler dodge Jeep Ram as a 2021 when it was a 2020 and had no engine cover or under carriage cover. Lane Detection failed as it got stuck in KMH. VIN ZACNJCBB22MPN09345 should have been totaled. It had damages that equaled to 75% of the total value back in 2022. Donald Henson is the owner and he is not even allowing it to be driven by his son with HIV who he keeps complaining isn't working (probably because he does not have a vehicle and he was made to move back here despite Donnie and Rose isolating him). Anyways, it is being driven around with no seatbelts and the sos lights on constantly. The vehicle should not be on the road. Otherwise Parker is a great place. I wouldn't buy anything that was made in 2021.

Great customer service and overall experience! A young man, Nathan I believe, did a great job at walking me through the diagnostics that were performed on my car. I would recommend them to a friend for repairs or maintenance.

Got a mail of “you’re and instant winner” apparently everyone is a winner but of course you have to drive all the way there. Seems kinda scamy to me.
Sadly, I am in the market for a new car but probably won’t be going here after this.

Highly recommend this dealership ! Angel Cruz our salesmen made the experience super smooth and easy. Came to the lot and drove off in the vehicle I WANTED in under 2 hours. Not an all day ordeal. Definitely shop with these guys!
