Walked into store was not greeted by workers. There were three workers (2 women and 1 man) at the counter talking. I didn’t think much of it, I continued to shop. No one offered to help or ask if there was anything I needed they continued to talk like I wasn’t there. I walked to the counter the young man asked how I was doing and checked me out. As I was paying for my merchandise an older couple came in and were welcomed and greeted. I feel like every costumer should be greeted not just pick and choose who to greet. When costumers walk into a store, they should be greeted and asked if they need any help.

Used to love this store. Then I realized they were using Arkansas baseball images to sell Miss State baseball merchandise. They’re probably owned by an Ole Miss fan.

My daughter found a sweatshirt locally she loved but didn’t have her size. I Googled the brand, found it here and ordered online. Shipping was super fast! Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong size so I called to see if exchange was possible. They were so kind on the phone and made the exchange process super easy and quick! I would definitely order again and recommend! Thanks for the A+ customer service!

I ordered some National Championship merchandise on the way back from Omaha. Had a slight wait on the correct shirt due to a supply chain issue. Because of the supply chain issue, the brand of shirt changed and it became an even better quality of shirt. Timeline was about a month, but it never seemed that way. Store manager, Alex Gomez was very helpful during the entire process and answered every email that I sent with prompt response. Not only do they have tremendous customer service, but they are on the leading edge of everything Mississippi State. I’m serious when I say, I will never darken the door on another MSU apparel company as long as I’m breathing air. M&CO 4 LIFE.
