Waited 30 minutes in flooring looking for somebody and when the guy finally showed up (after we pulled somebody from hardware to call him) he answered the phone to talk to his wife.

No tool rental. Poor plumbing section. Hardly any CPVC, totally disorganized. Limited selection of PEX tools. Only cutter was clearly used, dirty, and without any of the paper packaging. Several employees pretending to work. Worst Lowes experience ever.
