Awful experience. Physician called in prescription before noon. It’s after 3 pm and it’s not ready. Clerk said they have to “count the pills”. Will be at least 15 more minutes. I could count faster than that in 1st grade. Will most definitely NOT use Kroger pharmacy anymore.

I just called to check on a prescription that was transferred over. The African American lady that I spoke with was very rude and very unprofessional. She kept cutting me off and wouldn't let me speak. I will NEVER do business there again!!!! 12-30-24 11am this call was made!
