GameStop is a popular store that offers a wide selection of new and used video games, consoles, controllers, and accessories for PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, and retro gaming. In addition to games, the store sells trading cards, sports cards, Pokemon cards, and other TCGs, along with collectibles, action figures, apparel, accessories, decorations, replicas, and board games related to gaming, anime, and pop culture. Customers can sell or trade their old consoles, games, accessories, and phones for cash or store credit, and the store now also buys PSA graded collectibles. The staff are generally friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, providing assistance even when busy or rushing. Some customers note that the store can feel cluttered, making navigation a bit difficult. Overall, GameStop is a friendly place for gamers to find a variety of gaming products and collectibles, with helpful employees ready to assist in-store or online pickup options available.
So I hate gamestop as a company they treat their employees like trash and reward toxic workplace behavior. That being said the employees ar our local store are so nice and actually care about video games and games. We make jokes like Nintendo is a horrible company their first party games are never on sale etc love the store

I took my granddaughter in to get a game and travel case for her Nintendo Switch. The salesman was friendly and helpful but was rushing bc he had to close the store. But my granddaughter knew exactly what she wanted so it was no problem

One of my families favorite places to go. Although it's a small Gamestop, it's usually well stocked and the employees we've encountered have all been very knowledgeable and helpful. My 8 yr old says he hopes Gamestop is still a thing in 10 years because he would love to work here!
